创伤康复专科护士工作体验的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on the Work Experience of Trauma Recovery Specialized Nurse

目的探讨创伤康复专科护士的工作体验和需求。方法 2012年12月对济南军区青岛第二疗养院的6名康复专科护士进行深度访谈,并采用现象学分析法分析资料。结果创伤康复专科护士的工作体验可归纳为三大主题:(1)困难;(2)职责与使命;(3)收获。结论创伤康复专科护理工作增强了康复专科护士的责任感和使命感、促进康复专科护士成长,但需要建立和完善康复专科护理的行业规范,管理者在康复专科护士培养、工作和发展过程中提供必要支持。

To discuss the need and working experience of specialized trauma recovery nurses. Methods The specialized trauma recovery nurses were deeply interviewed,and data were analyzed by using phenomenological analysis method.Results Working experiences from six specialized trauma recovery nurses were summarized as 3 topics：difficulty,responsibility and mission,gain.Conclusion Trauma recovery nursing promote career development for specialized trauma recovery nurses and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission,while trauma recovery nursing demands establishment and improvement in standards.Necessary support from nursing manager was required in the process of training,working and development for the specialized nurses.
