The effect of Fe-SBA-15 mesoporous material as catalyst on oxidation of phenol in aqueous solution

摘要 采用水热晶化法制备了Fe掺杂的SBA-15介孔材料(Fe-SBA-15),通过X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜及紫外-可见光谱分析等方法对合成样品进行了表征,然后以Fe-SBA-15为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,催化氧化水溶液中的苯酚.结果表明:在100mL初始质量浓度为200mg·L-1的苯酚水溶液中,加入0.030g Fe-SBA-15和0.60mL 30%H2O2溶液,在60℃下处理120min后,苯酚去除率达99.2%,COD去除率为60.0%. Fe-SBA-15 mesoporous material was synthesized by direct synthesis method, and charac-terized by XRD, TEM and UV-Vis. The catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation was carried out using Fe-SBA-15 as catalyst and H202 as oxidant. The influent factors on oxidation, such as reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, H202 dosage, were examined by considering both the phenol removal and COD removal. Under the conditions of 100 mL aqueous solution with phenol initial concentration 200 mg· L-1, H202dosage 0. 60 mL, catalyst dosage 0. 030 g, the phenol removal reaches 99.2% and COD removal reaches 60.0% at 60 ℃ after treatment for 120 rain.
