内支撑骨架封抽技术在突出煤层瓦斯抽采中的应用

摘要 针对突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔维护及封孔现场存在的技术难题,以钻孔维护、封孔技术理论为指导,研究开发了内支撑骨架支管封抽一体化技术。在井下现场实施过程中,进一步优化了封孔、抽采施工工艺。现场实践表明,利用组合封孔器和与之相配套的带压封孔施工工艺,可有效解决松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔自稳时间短、封孔不严的技术难题,从而大幅度提高突出煤层瓦斯抽采效果,为突出矿井顺利实施煤与瓦斯共采提供技术支撑。 The integrated branch pipe sealing extraction technology been developed based on the borehole maintenance and hole sealing with internal support framework has techincal theories to resolve the technical issues related to the CBM drainage borehole maintenance and the hole sealing sites. During the utilization of the technology underground, the hole sealing and extraction technologies have been further optimized. It is proved that the integrated hole sealing machine and the corresponding pressurized hole sealing process could be used to effectively resolve the technical issues encountered during the driange of the gas from soft and outburst coal seams, such as short self-stabilization period and the untightness of the hole sealing , so as to significantly improve the effectiveness of the drianage of gas from outburst coal seams and provide technical support for the simultaneous extraction of coal and gas from the outburst coal mines.
