摘要
通过漏斗测试反应出铝粉的粒度分布及表面活性剂对铝粉流动性产生的不同影响,当铝粉粒度在100~125μm时加入0.25%的油酸钠流动性最好,也成为氯化钛白生产所用铝粉的重要依据。
Through the size distribution of aluminum powder reflected by funnel testing and different influences of surfactant on aluminum powder flowability, when the particle size of aluminum powder is 100 ~ 125 μm, its flowability will be best after 0.25% sodium oleate is added, which becomes the important basis of aluminum powder for chlorination process titanium dioxide.
