摘要
从桥式起重机的控制原理入手,针对原系统中设计上的缺陷加以改进,结合当前先进的现代交流变频调速和可编程控制技术进行变频改造,有效解决了原设备在实际生产中存在的一系列影响设备稳定生产的问题,实现了安全、高效、稳定的运行。
Abstract: Starting from the control principle of a bridge crane, improvement to defects in the design of the original system, combined with modem advanced AC variable frequency speed regulation and programmable control technology, the frequency conversion transformation is conducted, which effectively solves a series of existent problems of original equipment that affect stable production of equipment in the actual production so as to achieve safe, efficient and stable operation.
