摘要
新中国成立后,中国高等教育事业实现了前所未有的巨大发展。随着改革开放以来经济与社会的快速发展,传统的高校管理模式也面临着一系列挑战。传统高校管理模式存在着管理权力集中化、管理方式行政化、管理理念陈旧化、管理过程封闭化的典型特征,这阻碍了高校的进一步发展。为了培育社会发展所需要的合格人才,高校需要采取人本管理模式。为此,需要从管理理念、管理方式、管理过程和改革方向4个方面推进传统高校管理模式的改革。
After the founding of new China, higher education has had a tremendous development. Due to the rapid development of economy and society since the reform and opening up, the traditional management mode has been facing a series of challenges under the new situation. The traditional management mode of universities have some problems, such as the management of centralized power, management converted to administration, old-fashioned management philosophy, closed management process, which hinders the further development of the universities. In order to cultivate qualified talents for social development needs, it is necessary to adopt the humanistic management mode. Therefore, from the management philosophy, management style, management process and the reform direction, the reform of the traditional university management mode should be promoted.
