羟基磷灰石义眼台植入和聚甲基丙烯酸酯义眼片的临床研究

Clinical application of the orbital hydroxyapatite implants and methyl acrylate

目的：观察天然珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石（HA）义眼台植入与聚甲基丙烯酸酯（PMMA）义眼片的临床效果。方法：对31例32眼进行珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入，术中用带线或不带线义眼座与四条直肌和斜肌交叉缝合，有巩膜组织用不带线义眼座巩膜包裹开窗，放入深部肌锥内。术后1个月配戴 PMMA 义眼片，验配定模，或半年后打孔固定。结果：术后随访24-36个月，31例手术后无义眼台暴露脱出，无感染，无移位。仅2例术后3 d 结膜裂开，经重新缝合后再次裂开，未行处理，自行愈合。结论：Ⅰ期植入天然珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台无排斥反应，简单，有效，并发症少，更加安全。配合聚甲基丙烯酸酯义眼片安装活动度好，反应轻，美观舒适。

Objective：To observer the effect of the surgical techniques of the natural orbital hydroxyapatite（HA）implants and the methyl acrylate（PMMA）righteousness eye movie implant. Methods：There are 31 cases 32 eye completed the operation of HA implants. During the operation sew the HA with six oculi rectus and within or without string implants. If around sclera,or surgery of changing Bio - eye balls,put the HA deep into the muscle pyramid from fenestration of wrapped sclera. One month after operation the PMMA righteousness eye movie can be implanted to cover half,or punch and Fixed it after half year. Results：Followed - up 24 - 36 months after implants. All the grafts survived and no immunological rejection occurred. No influence. No deviation,only two′s conjunctiva opens in three days,sutured it again,opens again,and then self - cure without treatment. Conclusion：Implants with the modified HA ocular is simple,effective,more safe,less complications at first stage. The PMMA righteousness eye movie transfers all available movement. It has less rejection and artistic.
