摘要 提出了一种当机构中存在柔性构件时的运动可靠性仿真方法:利用ADAMS中离散柔性连接件产生柔性体的方法,蒙特卡洛法参数化生成柔性件时需要选择的起始和终止Marker点的坐标.每次仿真开始时调用ADAMS宏命令生成柔性体、添加相关联的特征及约束,仿真结束后将该柔性体及与其相关联的特征、约束删除,ADAMS命令语言编程实现该过程.以曲柄滑块机构为例,对比分析了刚体情况下及考虑构件柔性变形情况下机构的运动可靠度. The method of motion reliability simulation on solving motion reliability of mechanism containing flexible components is proposed,and the discrete flexible link in ADAMS is used to create flexible bodies,coordinates of Markers that used to create flexible bodies are parameterized by monte Carlo theory.At the beginning simulation,the Macro is used to create flexible bodies,and the associated features and joints are added.After simulation,they are all deleted.Command language of ADAMS is used to program to realize this process.Slider-crank mechanism is taken for example,and its motion reliability is solved in case of rigid body and containing flexible components.
