摘要
介绍了ArcGIS 10.1地理信息系统软件的基本运用、扩展功能及在辽宁省第一次国情普查中地表覆盖数据处理中的运用,以地表覆盖数据和最新遥感影像为基础,利用计算机、GIS、数据库和网络等技术,建立国情覆盖利用数据库。本文着重阐述了ArcGIS 10.1在国情覆盖数据中的转换应用和拓扑检查的流程方法,对软件不完善的功能做出了说明。
This article describes the basic use and expansion capabilities of ArcGIS 10.1 geographic information system software and the application of the system in the land cover data processing of the first national condition survey in Liaoning province .Based on land cover data and latest remote sensing image , the article uses computer , GIS, database and network to establish the database for land cover.The paper focuses on the application of ArcGIS10 .1 in the conversion of national condition cover data and topology processing methods , which specifies the functions of the software .
