无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断和治疗 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,PNETs）包括了功能性综合征,即功能性PNETs （F-PNETs）和无明显症状的临床综合征,即无功能性PNETs （NF-PNETs）两大类.这种分类在临床表现、诊断和治疗各方面均十分重要.NF-PNETs没有激素高分泌引起的临床综合征,但它还是显现出免疫组化阳性的各种特征：①可产生激素,但不分泌出来;②分泌的是无临床活性的肽类,诸如胰腺多肽类;③其血清内激素浓度不足以引起临床症状.
