经蝶外科治疗垂体促甲状腺激素腺瘤

摘要 本文总结了2009年11月至2013年7月在瑞金医院神经外科诊治的8例垂体促甲状腺激素（thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH）腺瘤的临床资料,讨论了该病的临床表现,内分泌学及影像学检查,治疗和预后,旨在提高对它的认识和诊治水平.
