摘要 随着现代电网技术的发展,储能技术逐渐被引入电力系统,储能可以有效地实现需求侧管理,在调峰、调频、平滑负荷、提高系统稳定性方面发挥着重要作用。为了研究储能装置对电力系统稳定性的影响,本文建立了包含电池储能装置特性以及储能装置控制器的动态模型,该模型考虑了电池的充放电特性,采用有功无功解耦控制,利用PSS/E用户自定义模块设计了有功功率辅助控制系统。在单机无穷大系统和NewEngland410机39节点系统中仿真验证了自定义模型的正确性和储能装置提高电力系统暂态稳定性的有效性。 With the-development of modern power grid technology, energy storage technology is introduced into power system which can be effectively implemented at demand side management in peaking and frequency modulation, smoothing load and play important roles in improving the system stability. A useful and systematic dynamic model of a battery energy storage which can consider converter's equivalent circuits dis-charging mode are also presented. Active and respectively. Active power auxiliary control system system(BES) is developed for power system stability study and battery characteristics. Both charging mode and reactive power modulation by BES can be controlled is designed with the application of PSS/E user-definedmodules. Dynamic simulations in a 4-machine 2=area system are performed to demonstrate the conventional models and the effectiveness of the energy storage device to improve the transient power system. accuracy of stability of
