低压配电系统中多台变压器之间连锁的可靠性设计研究

摘要 供电可靠性管理一直是电力行业衡量电能质量的一项重要工作内容。发达国家普遍实行覆盖全网的可靠性管理模式,而我国则主要集中在高压和中压等级,缺乏对低压配电系统可靠性管理的相应办法。随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,社会需求对供电可靠性尤其是直接用户对低压供电系统可靠性的要求越来越高,我国电网公司开始逐渐完善电力可靠性管理体制,把低压配电系统可靠性纳入用户供电可靠性管理工作范围之内。本文主要介绍了低压配电系统中两台变压器之间连锁的可靠性,根据多年的从业经验摸索出一套更简洁、更方便现场施工的连锁设计原理。 Reliability management has been an important work in the power industry to measure power quality. Widely practiced in developed countries covering the whole network reliability management, while China is mainly concentrated in high and medium voltage levels, the lack of appropriate methods for low-vokage distribution system reliability management. With economic development and people's living standards improve, the social demand for power supply reliability, especially for direct users of the low voltage power supply system reliability is increasing, China's electric power grid companies began to improve the reliability of the management system, the low vokage distribution electric system reliability incorporated into the user management scope of supply reliability. This paper describes the chain of low-voltage distribution system reliability between the two transformers, based on years of experience worked out a more concise and easierdesign principles of the construction site of the chain.
