骨桥蛋白在反流性食管炎、Barrett食管及食管腺癌组织中的表达

Expression of osteopontin in reflux esophagitis, Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma tissues

目的研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)在反流性食管炎(RE)、Barrett’s食管(BE)、食管腺癌(EAC)及正常食管组织中的表达。方法经内镜活检获取组织标本,采用免疫组化和RT-PCR法检测RE、BE、EAC及正常食管组织中的OPN蛋白基因表达。结果 OPN在RE、BE及EAC组织中的表达均高于正常食管组织(P<0.05);OPN在BE和EAC组织中的表达无明显差异(P>0.05),且均高于RE组织(P<0.05)。结论 OPN蛋白在RE、BE及EAC组织中表达增高,可能与BE的发生和癌变有关。

[ Objective ] To investigate the expression of osteopontin in reflux esophagitis（RE）, Barrett＇s esophagus （BE） and esophageal adenocareinoma （EAC） tissues. [ Methods ] The expression of osteopontin in RE, BE, EAC and normal esophageal tissues obtained by endoscopy biopsy was determined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. [ Results ] The expressions of OPN in RE, BE and EAC tissues were higher than those in normal esophageal tissues （P 〈0.05）; the expressions of OPN in BE and EAC tissues had no significant changes （P 〉0.05） and were higher than those in RE tissues （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusions ] High expression of OPN in RE, BE and EAC tissues may relate with the occurrence and canceratiou of Barrett＇s esophagus.
