摘要
旨在探讨马齿苋内生菌分离及其代谢产物的抑菌活性。从马齿不同部位中分离出多株内生菌,并分别进行发酵培养,采用其发酵液做体外抑菌试验。结果发现,从马齿苋根、茎、叶中分离到25株内生菌,其中菌株Y-8对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌与铜绿假单胞菌表现出较强的抑菌作用。研究提示,马齿苋内生菌代谢产物具有抑菌活性,可以作为抑菌剂用于防腐保鲜领域。
The aim of the present study was to investigate isolation and anti-microbial activitiy ofendophyte in Portulaca oleracea L. endophyte strains isolated from different parts of Portulaca oleracea L. were cultured and fermented. Then, the fermentation liquid was used to test its anti-microbial activities against four kinds of pathogenic bacteria in vitro. Results showed that 25 endophyte strains were successfully isolated from the root, stream, and leaves of Portulaca oleracea L., among these strains one strain named Y-8 had the strongest bacteriostatic activities on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Aeruginosa and Proteusbacillus vulgaris. It indicates that endophytes in Portulaca oleracea L. have hacteriostatic activities, indicating a new approach to develop new kinds of anti-microbial materials.
