摘要
采用ISO 29981—2010方法检测20例益生菌婴幼儿配方乳粉中活性益生菌数量;分析其与国家产品标准的符合情况。研究益生菌婴幼儿配方乳粉在4℃,25℃,37℃温度下保存14 d和28 d后的活菌数,分析其存活率和达标情况。结果表明90%乳粉样品中的初始活性益生菌数符合国家标准;乳粉中益生菌存活率随温度升高或存放时间延长而降低,达标率下降。
Living numbers of probiotic in 20 cases of infant probiotic formula milk powder were detected according to methods specified in ISO 29981--2010, and compared to national standard. The survival rate ofprobiotics and compliance rote were studied when samples were stored at 4℃, 25 ℃, 37 ℃ for 14 d and 28 d, respectively. Data showed that the initial living number complied with the national standard in 90% milk samples, and that the survival and compliance rate reduced with elevated temperature and long storage.
