创新人才培养是高等教育的重要使命.而创新意识和创新实践能力是创新人才必须具备的素质和能力.体育教学中要培养学生创新意识和创新实践能力,应提高教师素质,更新教学观念,侧重培养学生观察力、思维能力、实践能力和组织设计能力.
The cultivation of innovative talents is an important mission of higher education. And the innovation consciousness and the ability of innovation and practice are required quality and ability. To cultivate students＇ innovation consciousness and the ability of innovation and practice in PE teaching, we should improve the quality of teachers, renew teaching ideas, and focus 6n training students＇ observation ability, thinking ability, practice ability and organization ability.
