摘要
考虑到各种标准机的特点并结合实际工作情况,本项目所研制的叠加式力标准机采用一个比被检定的测力仪准确度高的传感器作为标准,将其与被校准或检定的传感器串联,并以液压方式加载。通过研究分析伺服控制、液压动力系统的转速转矩、液压源的流量等关键参数以及控制软件,实现了0.03级高准确度叠加式力标准机的研制。
Force Standard Machine is divided into weight type, lever type and piling type. Considering the characteristics of all kinds of standard machine according to the actual working condition, we developed a piling type force standard machine by making use of a sensor as the standard whose accuracy is higher than the verified dynamometer, and the sensor is connected in series with the calibrated or verified sensors, and is loaded by hydraulic force standard machine. Through the research and analysis of the speed and torque servo control, hydraulic power system, flow and other key parameters of the hydraulic source, and control software, we developed the 0.03 high accuracy piling type force standard ma- chine.
