摘要
根据挖掘机的铲斗、斗杆的基本几何参数和它们的连接关系,基于解析几何知识和挖掘机的挖掘理论建立机械式挖掘机挖掘后角的数学模型,达到由铲斗和斗杆的连接关系即拉杆求挖掘后角,并采用逆解法由挖掘后角求相应拉杆的目的;解决了多年没有解决的数学模型问题,实现了设计自动化和科学化。
According to basic geometric parameters of dipper, digger handle and their connection relations, based on analytic geometry knowledge and mining theory to establish the mathematical model of rear angle, reached by the dipper and dipper handle, a connecting rod, namely, relation between rear angle, and uses the inverse method by rear angle for the purpose of the corresponding rod; Solves the problem of the mathematical model for many years, has realized the automation and scientific design.
