叙述了WK-55电铲限位的作用、控制方法及前期出厂的WK-55电铲限位系统的不足,重点论述了限位系统改进的设计方法,包括机械安装的改进、控制程序编制方法步骤和HMI的完善。
This paper discusses the limit switch function and control method for WK-55 shovel, and also the shortage of limit system for the old shovel. It emphases the improvement of design method for limit system, including the improvement of the mechanical assembly, control program process and HMI.
