摘要
在两相混合式步进电动机的控制中采用细分驱动技术,控制励磁绕组的驱动电流,在电机内部形成圆形的旋转磁场;该技术使得步进电机转动角度减小,适用于精密加工场合;依靠单片机实现角度细分,控制精度高,细分角度可随意调节,可实现平滑调速。
The sub divisional control is used in the hybrid stepping motor and control drive current of the field winding,which produces rotating magnetic field in motors. This technology makes angle decreases of motors, which uses to precision machining. Applying AVR can realize angle division with high accuracy. Adjusting angles can realize stepless speed control.
