摘要
目的:观察青蒿琥酯和熊果酸复方的普通药理学和初步毒性反应。方法:采用小鼠转棒实验和开场实验,大鼠气管插管和颈动脉插管等方法考察该复方对神经、呼吸和心血管系统的影响。ICR小鼠单次2g/kg灌胃给药,观察急性毒性反应,SD大鼠100和400mg/kg灌胃给药1个月,观察长期毒性反应。结果:该复方对神经、呼吸和心血管系统无明显影响。急性和长期毒性实验也未见明显毒性反应。结论:该复方在实验范围内未见明显毒副反应,具备进一步新药研发的价值。
Objective: To investigate general pharmacology and preliminary toxicity response of the compound of artesunate and ursolic acid. Methods: Turn-club and open-field experiments in mice, endotracheal intubation and carotid intubation in rats were used to study the effects of the compound of artesunate and ursolic acid on nervous, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. A single dose of 2 g/kg of the compound was given to ICR mice by gavage to investigate acute toxicity response, while 100 and 400 mg/kg of the compound were given to SD rats once a day for a duration of one month to observe long-term toxicity. Results: No significant effect of this compound could be noted in the nervous, respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and neither toxic response could obviously be noticed in acute and long-term toxicity. Conclusion: The compound does not exhibit apparent toxic reactions in the experiment, and it is worth further research and development as a new drug.
