2007-2012年解放军第一八一医院军人门诊处方分析

Analysis of outpatient prescriptions in No.181 Hospital of PLA from 2007 to 2012

目的:了解解放军第一八一医院军人门诊处方用药情况及合理性。方法:对2007-2012年门诊处方药的类别、品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等指标进行回顾性分析。结果:2007-2012年本院军人门诊处方用药总金额和处方平均金额均逐年增长,中成药和抗菌药物的用药金额排在前2位,人均处方用药品种数从2.73增加到3.03。2010-2012年排名前20位药品的用药金额和DDDs逐年上升,DDDs前4位的药品为头孢克洛缓释片、盐酸左氧氟沙星分散片和炎热清片等。结论:本院军人门诊处方用药金额的上升基本是合理的,与引进的新品种的广泛使用有关。

Objective： To investigate the application of prescribed drugs for military outpatients and its rationality in No. 181 Hospital of PLA. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the categories, varieties, consumption sum and the fre- quency of medication （DDDs） concerning all the prescriptions in the military outpatients of the hospital from 2007 to 2012. Results： From 2007 to 2012, total consumption sum and average cost of the prescriptions increased year by year, with the pre- pared Chinese herbal drugs and antibacterials being the top 2 most frequently used drugs. The categories of prescribed drugs per person increased from 2.73 to 3.03 on the average. From 2010 to 2012, the consumption sum and DDDs of the top 20 drugs also increased year by year, with cefaclor sustained-release tablets, levofloxacin hydrochloride dispersible tablets, Yan- reqing tablets,etc, being the top 4 DDDs of all the drugs. Conclusion： The increase in the consumption sum of outpatient pre- scriptions was basically rational, which was closely associated with the wide application of newly introduced new drugs.
