基于战略地图的上市公司财务战略研究

Research on the Financial Strategy of Listing Corporation based on Strategic Map

战略地图是一个可视化的、逻辑性极强的战略图示结构。本文运用战略地图理论,制定了上市公司整体战略地图和财务子战略地图,既为上市公司的决策层在实践中构建一个可视化战略框架,也为上市公司的管理层在实践中落实战略、监控战略乃至执行战略均会有所启发。

Strategy map is a strategic and visual framework with powerful logic structure. This paper used advanced strategy map theory to formulate the listing corporation strategy maps and financial subordinating maps which improved and inspired a visualization of strategic framework both for the listing corporation managers,and also for the policymakers in the practice of constructing,implementing and controlling strategies.
