摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术后发生深静脉血栓(DVT)的高危因素及预防护理对策。方法对254例行人工关节置换术的患者进行术前评估,健康宣教,早期功能锻炼,抗凝治疗。结果术后并发深静脉血栓1例,发病率为0.45%,未发生肺栓塞(PTE)。结论根据人工关节置换术后存在的高危因素进行综合评估分析,采取针对性的临床护理措施,能够有效降低人工关节置换术后DVT发病率。
Objective To evalute the huzard of DVT and the method of precaution,reduce the morbidity of DVT.Method By assessing 254 Hipprosthetic replacement pcotients before the operation,health elvcation,early exercise and treatment of mticoagulunts,the morbidity of DVT was observed.Results The postoperative complications of deep venous thrombosis in 1 cases,the incidence of DVT was 0.45%. Without the occurrence of pulmonary embolism（PTE）.Conclusion To analyse the hazard of arthroplasty and take specific nursing intervention can reduce the morbidity of DVTobviouslyin arthroplasty.
