摘要
目的:探讨灵芪胶囊抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测灵芪胶囊(LQC)对荷瘤小鼠基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响。结果:MMP-9在模型组中呈明显阳性表达,灵芪胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组与模型组比较,MMP-9的表达较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。灵芪胶囊高剂量组与阳性对照组及复合用药组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:灵芪胶囊能够明显抑制H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织中MMP-9的表达,从而抑制肿瘤的生长和转移。
Objective: To investigate the antineoplastic action mechanism of Lingqi capsule. Methods: Use immunohistochemical method to investigate the effect of Lingqi capsule on matrix metalloproteinases-9 of H22 tumor-bearing mice. Results: Expression of MMP-9 in model group was obviously positive expression. Compared the Lingqi capsule high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group with model group,MMP-9 expression was lower. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Lingqi capsule can inhibit MMP-9 expression of H22 tumor-bearing mice so that inhibits tumor growth and metastasis.
