摘要 机体衰老主要与细胞衰老,尤其与成体干细胞衰老相关,通过干细胞研究寻找化旧生新法激活干细胞和调控其靶向分化的机制,对预防老年疾病有不可估量的临床价值。同时,要充分结合中医药抗衰老理论,深入研究干细胞衰老的细胞与分子生物学机制,在此基础上探讨各种生物因素、物理因素、化学因素和环境因素等对延缓干细胞衰老的影响。加强抗衰老天然药物或其有效成分对延缓干细胞衰老的研究。借助于干细胞理论,挖掘中医学抗衰老理论精髓,推动中医理论发展。 Body aging is mainly related to cell aging,especially adult stem cell. Through stem cell research to find the removing damaged lissue and generaling new lissue to activate the mechanism of stem cell and regulation of stem cells differentiation has incalculable clinical value. At the same time,study the cell and molecular biology mechanism of stem cell aging combined with aging theory of TCM. On this basis,discuss various biological factors,physical factors,chemical factors and environmental factors on the impact of stem cell senescence. Strengthen the anti-aging natural medicine research or its active ingredients to postpone stem cell senescence. With the help of stem cell theory to find essence of TCM anti-aging theory,promote the development of TCM theory.
