摘要
目的:比较性研究红景天中8种成分,主要包括芦丁苷、红景天苷、异槲皮苷、酪醇、莨菪亭、熊果苷、山奈酚、肉桂醇红景天,并进行体外抗氧化实验。方法:测定8种成分对二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH)、超氧阴离子自由基、一氧化氮自由基、羟自由基的清除能力,以及总抗氧化能力和抑制脂质过氧化反应的能力。结果:除清除羟自由基实验外,异槲皮苷和芦丁苷作用明显强于其他化合物,其中在清除DPPH、超氧阴离子能力和抑制脂质过氧化实验中的IC50分别为6.43 mg·L-1和11.56mg·L-1,24.19 mg·L-1和37.25 mg·L-1,11.76 mg·L-1和57.24 mg·L-1;而在清除羟自由基实验中,酪醇和红景天苷的作用则强于其他化合物,IC50分别为11.76 mg·L-1和19.5 8 mg·L-1。结论:红景天中苷类及醇类成分对多种自由基具有清除作用,有良好的综合抗氧化性和开发应用前景。
Objective: To comparative study of rhodiola eight components,mainly including rutin glycosides,rhodiola glucoside,isoquercitrin,butyl alcohol,belladonna pavilion,arbutin,kaempferol,cinnamyl alcohol rhodiola,and the in vitro antioxidant effect. Methods: determination of eight ingredients on DPPH free radical,superoxide free radicals,nitric oxide free radical,hydroxy free radical removal ability,and total antioxidant capacity and inhibit lipid peroxide reaction ability. Results: in addition to clear hydroxy free radical experiment outside,isoquercitrin and rutin glycosides effect is stronger than the other compounds,which in a clear DPPH,super oxygen anion ability and inhibit lipid peroxide in the IC50 were 6. 43 and 11. 56,24. 19 and 37. 25,11. 76 and 57. 24 mg·L- 1; And in clear hydroxy free radical experiments,dairy and rhodiola I effect is better than other compounds,IC50 were 11. 76 and 19. 58 mg·L- 1. Conclusion:The rhodiola glycosides and alcohol composition in a variety of free radical scavenging effect,has good comprehensive oxidative stability and development and application prospect.
