中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

Clinical Research on Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征对临床表现、B超检查及内分泌的影响。方法:采用随机对照方法将79例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为西药组39例、中西药组40例。西药组口服达英-35(Diane-35);中西药组口服达英-35同时服用复方玄驹胶囊。观察两组患者治疗3个周期后及停药第6个周期临床表现、B超检查及性激素的变化。结果:两组患者治疗3个周期后临床表现、B超检查及性激素水平均趋于正常,但停药第6周期,西药组又恢复到治疗前的水平,而中西药组仍保持在治疗3个周期后的水平(P<0.05),且排卵及妊娠率明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征近期效果好,且远期效果优于单纯西药组。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods; 79 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were randomly divided into the western medicine group of 39 cases,and the integrative medicine group of 40 cases. The western medicine group was orally administered with Diane-35 and the integrative medicine group was treated with Diane-35 plus Compound Xuan Ju Capsules. Changes of relevant hormones,B ultrasound examination results and clinical syndromes in patients were detected after 3 cyclic treatment and at the 6th cycle after treatment. Results：Three cycles after treatment,the levels of relevant hormones,B ultrasound examination results and clinical manifestation tended to be normal. But 6 cycles after treatment,these changes restored to the baseline as those before treatment in the western group,while maintained in the integrative medicine group（P 0. 05）. And ovulation and pregnancy rate of the integrative medicine group were significantly higher than that of the western medicine（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has good recent effect,and its long-term effect is superior to pure western medicine group.
