中西医结合治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症临床研究

Clinical Research on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Simple Obesity in Children

目的:探讨中医结合治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的疗效及其作用机制。方法:80例单纯性肥胖症儿童随机平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规干预方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医干预,包括针灸治疗与中药口服,干预时间为20 d。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示遗传、睡眠不良、运动过少与营养过剩是导致儿童单纯性肥胖症的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。干预前两组的BMI值与血清瘦素含量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后上述值都明显下降,与干预前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时干预后组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后与对照组相比,观察组的血清TC及TG含量明显较低(P<0.05),两组的血清ALT、AST与FBG含量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医结合传统疗法治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症疗效较好,其作用机制可能为抑制血清瘦素与血脂的表达,从而达到治疗效果。

Objective： To explore the the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional therapy treatment of simple obesity in children and its mechanism of action. Methods： 80 cases of simple obesity children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional intervention methods,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and oral chinese medicine based on the control group. Intervention time for 20 days.Results： The multi-factor logistic regression analysis results showed that inheritance,poor sleep,too little exercise and overnutrition were major independent risk factors of simple obesity in children（P 0. 05）. Comparison BMI and leptin levels of the two groups before intervention showed that there was no statistically significant difference（P 0. 05）; these above values were significantly decreased after intervention,compared with before intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）; After intervention,comparison between the two groups showed that there was statistically significant difference（P 0. 05）. After intervention,serum TC and TG content of the observation group were obviously lower compared with that of the control group（P 0. 05）,comparison serum ALT,AST and FBG contents of two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional therapy treatment of children with simple obesity has good curative effect,its mechanism may be able to good inhibition of the expression of leptin and serum lipid,so as to achieve therapeutic effect.
