摘要
为了满足日常会议事务管理需求,结合智能大厦园区建设规划给出一个面向组织内部的会议管理信息系统功能设计模型.该系统可以方便会议组织人员对会议室等办公资源进行灵活调度,高效率地完成会议室预定、会议通知、会议签到和会议统计等一系列会务工作.首先分类讨论面向内部会议和公众会议的管理信息系统需求的区别,然后给出面向内部会议的管理信息系统的需求分析和功能设计,最后指出结合物联网技术开发会议管理信息系统是未来的一个研究方向.
To meet the requirement of meeting services management, a function model of management information system for internal meetings is proposed based on intelligent building construction perspective. It can help meeting organizer to dispatch meeting room flexibly and finish ordering, notification, check in and statistic works effectively. Firstly, the difference between internal meetings and public conference is discussed. Then, requirement analysis and function design for this system are also given. Finally, we point out that meeting management information system deserving study with the development of Internet of Things
