摘要
根据实际需求,为了使车牌定位更加快速和精确,文章对图像消噪方面进行了研究,采用了基于小波变换的图像去噪,然后通过大量的仿真实验,在车牌定位中,用投影方法对车牌进行水平扫描,据实验结果最后得出,算法比以往的算法定位效果更好,并且能快速识别车牌,定位率白天超过98%,晚上超过87%。
According to the actual needs of more rapid and precise positioning the car license plates,the paper studied wavelet algorithm in image de-noising methods and principles,through a large number of simulation experiments. In the car license plate location,with the horizontal scanning projection method,the paper concluded that this method is accurate than the traditional method of the car license locating. The experimental results can quickly identify the car license plate,positioning the daytime rate of over 98%,more than 87% of the evening.
