摘要
目的探讨甲硝唑片中亚硝酸根含量测定方法,为甲硝唑片的质量控制提供一种可行方法。方法采用离子色谱法对3个批号的甲硝唑片样品(批号:121261、121245、130125)中的亚硝酸根进行定量分析。结果亚硝酸根进样量在0.001μg^0.05μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.0%。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,适用于甲硝唑片中亚硝酸根的含量测定。
Objective To explore a method to determine the nitrite content in metronidazole tablets,and provides a feasible method for quality control of the drug.Methods The quantitative analysis of nitrite in metronidazole tablets（batch number：121261,121245 and 130125） was completed by an ion chromatography.Results There was a good linear relationship when injection amount of nitrite was ranged from 0.001 μg to 0.05 μg.The average recovery was 99.0%.Conclusion The method is accurate and fast,and can be used for determination of nitrite content in metronidazole tablets.
