三种手术方式治疗翼状胬肉的疗效比较

Comparison of curative effect of three operation methods in treatment of pterygium

目的探讨三种手术方式对翼状胬肉的治疗效果。方法选取我院180例翼状胬肉患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成A、B、C三组各60例,A组采用翼状胬肉单纯切除术进行治疗,B组在A组基础上采用联合胬肉体部结膜转位缝合进行治疗,C组在A组基础上联合采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。比较三组疗效。结果 A组的修复时间、并发症发生率及复发率均明显高于B、C组,治愈率明显低于B、C组(P<0.05)。C组的并发症发生率、复发率和治愈率均明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论在翼状胬肉的临床治疗中,联合应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术和翼状胬肉切除术,可有效缩短修复时间、降低复发率,提高治愈率,具有重要的推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of 3 operation methods for pterygium.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into A,B,C groups,60 cases in each group.The group A was treated with simple excision of pterygium.The group B was treated with combination of simple excision with pterygium flesh of conjunctival flap suture.The group C was treated with combination of simple excision with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.The therapeutic efficiency was compared among the three groups.Results The repair time,incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the group A were significantly higher while the cure rate was significantly lower than that in the groups B and C（P〈0.05）.The complication rate,recurrence and cure rates in the group C were significantly better than that in the group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pterygium,combination of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation can effectively shorten the repair time and reduce the relapse rate.Thereby,it is worth for promotion.
