古希腊雅典的埃弗比教育在高等教育史上具有举足轻重的作用。从古希腊雅典埃弗比教育发展的背景分析出发,总结了雅典埃弗比教育的一系列特征,具体为严格的入学标准、集体主义的教育目的、严格的监督与纪律、以军事化为主的教育内容以及教育国际化等五个方面。据此探讨了对我国现代高等教育改革与发展的借鉴与启示。

Ephebia education of the ancient Athens plays an important role in the history of higher education.This paper analyses the background of Ephebia education,discusses the five characteristics of the education：the strict criteria of enrollment,the goal of collective education,discipline and supervision,military eduction,and internationalized education,and provides some reference for the development of higher education in China.
