运用市场机制分析国有企业改革的重要性

An Analysis of the Reform of the Chinese State-owned Enterprises from the Perspective of Market Mechanism

中国国有企业的改革与发展是个世界瞩目的议题。在市场经济中,国有企业就必须按照市场经济的一系列机制来发展。党的十八届三中全会作出的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,透露着改革锐气,凝聚着改革力量,为启动新一轮由政府主导的国企改革吹响了新号角,并且提出了一系列国家层面管理国企的新论述、新思路、新政策,意味着国有企业将进入分类分层改革与监管的新时期。运用供求、产权、价格、竞争、激励、信用等六种市场机制对国有企业改革进行了分析,认为市场机制在国有企业改革中具有十分重要的意义。

The reform and development of the Chinese state-owned enterprises is a world topic.In a market economy,state-owned enterprises must develop in accordance with the market mechanism.Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform calls for the further government-led reform of state-owned enterprises,suggests a series of policies and approaches for stateowned enterprise management and heralds the time of classified reform of state-owned enterprises.This paper presents the six types of market mechanism and analyses the effectiveness and importance of the reform.
