为了研究中庸之道在中国式职业环境中的适用价值,本文首先通过分析中国式企业的风格和特征以及中庸之道的文化内核,随后诠释了中国式企业中职业环境的特点,得出了中庸之道与中国式职业环境仍具有普遍的适应性和匹配度。

To study the adaptability of the doctrine of the mean in the Chinese occupational context,this paper analyses the characteristics of the Chinese enterprises,the cultural expressions of the doctrine of the mean,represents the characteristics of the Chinese occupational context,and summarizes the universal adaptability of the doctrine of the mean in the Chinese occupational context.
