网络舆论视角下的公民道德问题研究

On Civic Morality from the Perspective of Network Public Opinion

网络舆论以其传播速度快、影响力广、信息多元化,正在改变着大众的思想观念和交往方式,同时也影响着人类社会的生产、生活。然而,网络社会道德意识的缺乏、社会道德关系的淡化、社会道德选择的冲突,使得在网络舆论中呈现出公民道德的迷失,冲击着传统的伦理道德观,为此,提出坚持法律意识与个人自律相统一、社会伦理与个体道德相统一、自主选择与意见领袖相统一、完善制度与技术创新相统一的网络道德建设应对之策。

The fast,wide and multiple network public opinion is changing the public ways of thinking and communication,as well as the ways of production and living.However,due to the lack of network moral consciousness,the loose social morality,and the social conflicts of moral choices,civic morality begins to weaken in network public opinion and traditional virtues are endangered.Therefore,this paper suggests some countermeasures to strengthen network morality,including the integration of law control and selfdiscipline,of social morality and individual morality,of independent choices and dependent opinions,of system optimization and technical innovation.
