跌倒危险评估表在血液科患者安全防范中的应用

Fall risk assessment form used in hematology patients in the application security

目的：探讨跌倒危险评估表在血液科患者安全防范中的应用效果。方法：将2012年1～12月住院患者1045例设为对照组,采取常规入院评估及健康宣教;将2013年1～12月住院患者1126例设为观察组,应用跌倒危险评估表,根据跌倒评估等级制定相应的护理干预措施,减少跌倒意外的发生,保证患者住院期间的自身安全。比较两组患者跌倒发生情况、对护理工作满意度及跌倒防范相关知识知晓率。结果：与对照组相比,观察组的跌倒发生率降低,对护理工作满意度及跌倒防范知识知晓率提高（P〈0.05）。结论：应用跌倒危险评估表能够减少住院患者跌倒不良事件的发生,降低安全隐患,提高护理安全管理质量,增加患者满意度。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of security of the fall risk assessment form during hematology patients. Methods： Control contains1045 hospitalized patients from January to December 2012 were the control group,and to been taken regular admission assessment and healthy education.1126 hospitalized patients from January to December 2013 were the observation group,to been applied of fall risk assessment form,according to the fall assessment levels to enact appropriate nursing interventions to reduce fall accidents,to ensure their safety during hospitalization. Results： Compared with the control group,the observation group reduced the incidence of falls,and increased patients,satisfaction and the awareness of fall prevention measures（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of fall risk assessment form can reduce the occurrence of adverse events due to falls,reduce the risks of security,increase the patients satisfaction,and improve the quality of care and safety management.
