实施一体化护理 改善后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者术前负性情绪

Observation the effect of integrated nursing philosophy in improving the preoperative unhealthy emotion and psychology of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

目的：探讨一体化护理在改善后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者术前不良情绪中的效果。方法：选取2012年5月～2013年7月于本院进行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗66例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组（常规术前护理组）和观察组（一体化护理理念组）,将两组患者干预后3 d的情绪状态进行比较。结果：观察组干预后3 d的情绪状态评分均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：一体化护理有利于改善后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者术前不良情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of integrated nursing philosophy in improving the preoperative unhealthy emotion and psychology of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods： 66 patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in our hospital from May 2012 to July 2013 were randomly divided into control group（ routine preoperative nursing group） and observation group（ integrated nursing philosophy group）. To compare the emotion state of two groups after intervention 3 days. Results： The emotion state score of observation group after intervention 3 days was better than that of control goup（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of integrated nursing philosophy in improving the preoperative unhealthy emotion andpsychology of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is relatively better,and it is helpful for the improvement of bad state.
