人文关怀在肿瘤外科优质护理中的应用效果

Application of humanistic care on high quality care in surgical oncology

目的：探讨人文关怀在肿瘤外科优质护理中的应用效果。方法：将2012年8月～2013年4月来我院肿瘤外科住院的80例患者随机等分为常规组和人文关怀组,常规组实施肿瘤外科常规优质护理,人文关怀组在常规优质护理基础上实施人文关怀,采用我院制定的患者满意度调查表调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果：人文关怀组患者对护理工作的满意度高于常规组,经比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：人文关怀在肿瘤外科中的应用,不仅有助于提高护理人员的人文素养,还可以进一步提高患者的满意度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the appilication of humanistic care on quality care in surgical oncology. Methods： We randomly chose 80 patients,and divided them into routine group and humanistic care group. To investigate the patients＇ satisfaction with questionnaire. Results： The satisfaction of humanistic care group was higher than routine group. Conclusion： Humanistic care not only improve the humanistic quality of nurse,but also improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
