社区慢性病空巢老人生活质量调查分析与对策

Analysis and strategies of the survey on the life quality of the empty- nest elderly with chronic diseases in community

目的:调查石龙社区患有慢性病空巢老人的生活质量和护理服务需求,为开展有针对性的社区护理服务提供科学依据。方法:采用自行设计的社区护理需求问卷及生存质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74),对石龙社区患有慢性病264名空巢老人进行入户调查。结果:264名慢性病空巢老人生活质量低下,对社区护理需求量很大。结论:社区慢性病空巢老人生活质量较低,关注空巢老人的身心健康,提高他们的生存质量,是当今社会的主要任务,也是社区护理努力的方向。

Objective： To provide scientific evidence for carrying out targeted community nursing service by doing a survey of the life quality and nursing needs of the empty- nest elderly with chronic diseases in community. Methods： Conduct a household survey of 264 empty- nest elderly with chronic diseases in community used the self- design questionnaires for community nursing needs and GQOLI- 74. Results： The 264 empty-nest elderly with chronic diseases have poor life quality and they have great needs for community nursing service. Conclusion： The empty- nest elderly have poor life quality. It＇s a major commitment for the whole society and a future effort for the community nursing survice to care about the physical and psychological health of those old people and improve their living quality.
