摘要
目的建立一种简单有效的相似度分析新方法。方法采用三维中药指纹图谱的轮廓投影进行相似性分析,并与传统的主成分分析方法相比较。结果应用于不同产地的铁筷子中药材样品的相似性分析,获得满意结果。结论轮廓投影法更加简单、稳健、有效,能够较好地获取三维中药指纹图谱中化学组成的特征信息,从而进行准确的相似性分析。
Objective A new method of similarity analysis based on three-dimensional highperformance liquid chromatography-diode array detection fingerprint is established.Methods The Profile-projections of high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection fingerprint spectra was employed for the similarity analysis,and compared with traditional principal component analysis.Results The proposed approach was applied to the similarity analysis of Helleborus thibetanus Pranch,and obtained satisfactory results.Conclusion Profile-projection is simple,robust and reliable,which can extract the chemical features of samples preferably from three-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection spectra,and provides the accurate results of similarity analysis.
