摘要
目的建立红车轴草中大豆苷元、染料木素、芒柄花黄素含量的测定方法。方法采用乙醚提取、纯化红车轴草酸水解产物,然后用RP-HPLC法同时测定3种异黄酮含量。结果大豆苷元、染料木素、芒柄花黄素的线性范围均为0.5~100.0μg/mL,平均回收率分别为95.70%、93.82%和83.36%。结论该方法基质简单、测定简便、快速、稳定性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of daidzein,genistein and formononetin in Trifoliurn pratense.Methods The RP-HPLC method was used simultaneously to determine the three isophone after the ether extraction and purification by ether.Results The linear range of daidzein,genistein and formononetin all fell in 0.5~100.0 μg/mL.The average recovery was 95.70%for daidzein,93.82%for genistein,and 83.36%for formononetin.Conclusion The established method including simple substrate is simple,rapid and stable to detect the three isophone in Trifolium pratense.
