摘要
研究冬青科苦丁茶的物种及部位对抗氧化能力的影响,采用冬青科苦丁茶6个物种的功能叶和苦丁茶冬青植物器官6个部位的乙醇提取物,通过测定苦丁茶样品不同体积分数乙醇提取物的DPPH和ABTS+值来分析它们的抗氧化能力。结果表明,苦丁茶冬青的抗氧化能力高于其他5个物种;苦丁茶冬青的花、芽、功能叶抗氧化能力高于根、茎、果。苦丁茶冬青的功能叶作为苦丁茶的副产物具有较好的开发前景。
The six species and six organ of kudingcha are evaluated by antioxidant activity. The antioxidant activity is showed with DPPH and ABTS+scavenge capacity,thereby ratiocinated that effect of antioxidant activity of kudingcha on difference of species and organ. It is indicated that the antioxidant activity of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng is higher than that of other species of kudingcha. The flower,leaf buds,old leaf that are showed higher antioxidant activity compare to other plat organ such as root,stem,and fruit in Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng species. The future study should focus on old leaf nature products,and cross connect with food,cosmetics,animal feed and medicine industrial in Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng species.
