Design and Improvement of a Waterproof Alarm Device for Drum Washing Machine

首先介绍一种防水报警装置的设计原理与检测方法,其次通过对报警装置在洗衣机运行过程中产生失效的研究,分析影响该报警装置灵敏度的因素,为运用系统的观点改进该装置提供依据。研究结果表明,通过对浮子水位开关OP/OF值的控制、安装底板收集水的有效性改进以及确保在检测、运输、安装过程中的改进措施,能够有效防止报警装置的失效。

This paper firstly introduces design principle and testing method for a waterproof alarm device. Then by researching the failure of alarm device on the washing machine in the running process, it analyzes the factors that influences the sensitivity of alarm device. Finally, it provides the basis for the use of the system point to improve the device. The results show that, through effective control on the float level switch, OP/OF value of the mounting plate to collect water, improvement and ensure the improvement measures in the detection, transportation, installation process, can effectively prevent the alarm failure.
