A Summary and Prospect of Undergraduates' Adjustment to College

摘要 对近年来大学生学校适应研究的现状进行梳理,主要针对以下四个方面进行回顾和评价:大学生学校适应的界定;大学生学校适应的结构;大学生学校适应的影响因素;大学生学校适应对学生学习成果和大学巩固率的影响,并在此基础上对大学生学校适应的研究趋势进行了展望。 This paper presents a review of the undergraduates＇ adjustment to college in recent years,which is organized from four primary themes,including the definition,the structure and the predictors of undergraduates＇ adjustment to college,and the influence for students＇ performance and consolidation rate of college.This paper also studied its trend of undergraduates＇ adjustment to college.
