乌梅含漱液与喷雾剂对健康人唾液腺分泌影响的对比分析

Comparative analysis on influence of dark plum gargle and sprays on salivary secretion of health human

[目的]观察乌梅含漱液与喷雾剂对健康人唾液腺分泌的影响,并分别与基础唾液量对比其作用效果。[方法]随机选择120例符合纳入标准的受试者分别进行三次唾液腺分泌测量,依次为基础唾液量、乌梅喷雾后及乌梅含漱后唾液量,每次测量间隔1h。所得三组指标采用自身对照法比较。[结果]乌梅含漱组、乌梅喷雾组和基础对照组的唾液量,分别为4.60mg±1.53mg、4.21mg±1.39mg和2.94mg±1.40mg,三组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三组组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者使用两种乌梅制剂干预后口渴感、唇舌口腔黏膜滋润情况的得分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]乌梅含漱组和乌梅喷雾组唾液量明显多于基础对照组的唾液量,且乌梅含漱组唾液量多于乌梅喷雾组唾液量。对比乌梅喷雾剂,乌梅含漱液能更有效地刺激口腔唾液腺分泌,增加唾液分泌量,滋润唇舌口腔黏膜,减轻口渴感,为缓解各种原因引起的口干症提供新的理论依据。

Objective：To observe the influence of dark plum gargle and sprays on salivary secretion of health human and compare the effect with basic salivaamount.Methods：A total of 120healthy subjects meeting the inclusive criteriawere randomly selected and the measurement of the salivaamount was given them for three times,in turn the basic salivaamount,salivavolume after the ebony spray and ebony rinse,interval of 1h among all measurement.Self-control method was adopted to compare the measurement results among three groups.Results：The basic salivaamount,salivaamounts of stimulated by gargle and spray of dark plum were respectively（4.60±1.53）mg（4.21±1.39）mg and（2.94±1.40）mg.There was statistically significant difference in pairwise comparison among the three groups（P〈0.05）There were statistically significant difference in the scores of thirst sense and moistened condition of ligule and oral mucosabetween both groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The saliva amounts of stimulated by gargle and spray of dark plum were apparently more than that of basic salivagroup,and the salivaamount of stimulated by gargle of dark plum was higher than that of spray group.Compared with the spray,the gargle of dark plum could more effectively stimulate salivation of the salivary gland,and increase salivaamount,and moist tongue and oral mucosa,then alleviate thirst sense,so as to provide anew clinical theoretical foundation to relieve xerostomiacaused by various factors.
