摘要 [目的]调查分析美国部分护理院校护理学硕士研究生课程的设置,为我国护理学硕士研究生教育的课程设置改革提供依据。[方法]根据美国2011年护理院校排名选取排名前10位的院校,采用网络信息调查法调查分析其硕士研究生教育的课程设置。[结果]各院校按照美国学科专业目录(CIP2010)及美国护理学院协会(AACN)课程标准护理硕士教育基本要素,以核心课程、高级护理核心课程和专科课程为框架设置课程。[结论]美国护理学硕士研究生教育课程设置体现学科专业方向特色,具有规范性和专业性特点,我国护理教育工作者应借鉴美国的经验,结合中国国情,合理设置护理学二级学科及专业方向,制订课程设置总体要求和课程标准。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the master's nursing education curriculum in some nursing colleges in the United States,so as to provide the evidences for reform of Master's nursing education curriculum in China.Methods:According to the ranked nursing colleges in U.S.in 2011,the top 10institutions were selected,and the network information survey was used to investigate and analyze Master's nursing education curriculum.Results:In accordance with the CIP2010and AACN curriculum standards and the basic elements of nursing Master education,the core courses,advanced nursing core courses and specialist nursing curriculum were taken as framework for curriculum in all the schools.Conclusion:The master's nursing education curriculum in the United States reflected the direction of specialty disciplines of the master's nursing programs.It has normative and professional characteristics.Nursing educators in Chinashould draw on the experience of American nursing schools and combine with the Chinese national conditions to reasonablely set up the two disciplines of nursing and professional direction,formulate general requirements of the curriculum and curriculum standards.
