基于3M-PCE模型的达州市旅游业发展影响因素及对策分析

达州市经济经过多年高速发展,GDP早跨入1000亿俱乐部,但经济结构还有待进一步优化,其旅游业的发展滞后于四川和全国平均水平。为发挥达州市旅游业整体优势,有效规避和弥补不足,在借鉴成功经验的基础上实现跨越式发展,以实现旅游业的龙头带动作用,构建3M-PCE立体式因素分析模型,从宏观、中观、微观三层面、多维度解读影响达州市旅游业发展的因素,全面掌握达州市旅游业发展的机遇与威胁以及自身存在的优势和劣势。提出"三横三纵"立体式的发展策略,核心是营造良好外部环境、构建完整产业链、化资源为能力,支撑旅游业的健康发展。

The economy of Dazhou has developed with high speed for several years and it GDP has joined in the Club of$100,000,000,000,but its economy structure needs optimizing,especially its tourism lags behind the average level of Sichuan and the nation.The leap development of the tourism economy in Dazhou will be realized only after the total advantage is taken of and the shortcomings are avoided.According to the experience of success and the driving role of tourism economy,the 3M-PCE mode is constructed to analyze the tourism from multi-dimensions including macroscopic scale,middle scale and microcosmic scale so that the chances and threats can be realized.The strategy of＂three horizontal and three longitudinal＂model is put forward,the core of which is to create good out environment,to construct the complete industry chain and to change the resource into productive force.Only this can the tourism industry develop healthily.
